Yes, unfortunately, I also had to deliver my unsightly messages in my holiday job in the workshop. The customer could not have the repair billed via the guarantee, which was really uncomfortable for me to tell him :( He was a nice guy and I thought he could be so dissatisfied I won't let him go!
