***ay, Nyna is doing her ballet stretching exercises outside. While she is on a walk during a walk, she finds a barrier, which can be used very well as a ballet bar. With a beautiful view of the Spanish Mediterranean she begins to do her exercises!

It’s time for some straddle stretches! I haven’t stretched my legs for some time so I am sure I will feel some pain doing these exercises!

Enjoying Majorca’s heat I stretch near the water, enjoy seeing the sea and feel how the warmth makes my muscles even more flexible…

***ay it’s all about becoming a flexible back. So I find myself lying on the floor, trying to get my head to my butt and doing bridges. A flexible back definitely is hard work!

Sometimes it has to be fast: if you want to stretch between two meetings, what you need to do is take what’s given: even if it’s just a small dirty wall next to a playground. There’s nothing you wouldn’t do to stay flexible….

Who does not know it? One would like to stretch, but the soil is full prickly weed and also the possibilities are limited ... What holds for the stretching thus? The good old tree!

After a long and relaxing spa day I found the perfect opportunity to stretch at a beautiful hotel terrace: with a splendid view on a mesmerizing Mediterranean Sea bay there is a bar. Of course I couldn’t miss this chance and directly started stretching :-)

Yes, even stretched feet are important! That's why I quickly slip out of my shoes and socks, stretch my spine and circle my ankles. What a beautiful foot that gives!

At the spa, we are doing well ***ay, but as we relax, the idea comes to stretching in the 70 degree hot sauna. The cell phone is pulled and I immediately begin to stretch, while the heat in the sauna makes my muscles supple.

At the beautiful Playa de Palma I find a sunny place for myself, put off my jacket and start to stretch. At the tiny wall I stretch my legs while in the background the waves are rolling in the bay. As the grand final you can watch me doing the splits!

When the sun shines I often find myself being in the park. Of course I don’t miss the opportunity to do a little stretching when the weather is good. How good that right next to me there is a park bench - you can totally stretch at that!

I enjoy the good weather and the nice day on Majorca and use this possibility to stretch my body outside surrounded by the island’s beautiful nature. Wearing my skin-tight black body and a pair of hot pants I train my flexibility.
