The video is simple, just lie face down on your bed and place 5 suppositories (EvaQu brand) in your rectum. Insert them slowly and with the flat end first. Close your cheeks as tightly as you can and hold the suppositories in for 2 minutes before cutting the video. Say what you feel, how painful the insertion is or how much it burns once inside the anus.
